We want you to love your Empress Pitara outfit — but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered!

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To initiate, simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
  • Products with perfume marks, stains, or visible signs of use will be rejected after inspection.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us (timeline may vary).
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship.

Refund & Credit

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (bank details must be shared).
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • A flat ₹199 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for a different size or style, based on availability.
  • A flat ₹199 exchange shipping fee will be applicable.
  • If the requested size/style is not available, you may opt for a refund or credit note.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery along with clear photos.
  • Items bought using a credit voucher are not eligible for return or exchange.

A Note on COD Orders

  • A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹150 is applicable on all COD orders.
  • This fee will not be refunded in case of returns or cancellations.
